The 'Power Pose' is a concept brought to us by social psychologist Amy Cuddy in her TED Talk, "Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are." It revolves around the idea that changing your body language can also alter your emotional state. Pretty incredible, right?

1. The 'Wonder Woman' or 'Superman' Pose: 

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, and place your hands on your hips. Keep your shoulders back and your chin up. Imagine a superhero cape billowing in the wind behind you. This pose helps boost confidence and can be particularly useful before stepping into a challenging situation, like an important meeting or a tough conversation.

2. The 'Victory' Pose:

 Raise your arms into a victorious "V" shape as if you've just crossed the finish line in a marathon. This pose stimulates feelings of success and achievement. It's a great way to start the day or celebrate a win, no matter how small.

3. The 'Starfish' Pose: 

Lay down, spread your arms and legs wide, and take up as much space as you can. This pose is all about comfort, relaxation, and owning your space. It's excellent for calming nerves before sleep or easing into your day in the morning.

Remember to hold these poses for two minutes to get the full effects.
