Ingredients (for a 7-day supply for one adult man):

- 2 cups of whole grain oats

- 1 cup of quinoa

- 1 cup of dried lentils

- 1 cup of dried chickpeas

- 1 cup of dried black beans

- 1 cup of chia seeds

- 1 cup of flaxseeds

- 1 cup of powdered milk or protein powder

- 1/2 cup of dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
